What does OperaSana stand for?
OperaSana wants to contribute to a more vital Europe. OperaSana’s focus is to make employees more vital as the labour market plays a key role in vitality. Instead of focussing on employees via usual activities, OperaSana’s chooses to put emphasis on the employer first. OperaSana wants to hold a mirror up to the employer first in which they critically assess their own policy and behaviour towards vitality.
OperaSana’s approach is evidence-based practice, in which all aspects of the EBP triangle are included. What does secular literature teach about this? What are the experiences of experts and what are the expectations of the companies? By combining this, OperaSana is able to provide a succesful concept!
